Meet Zoe Power (Ormrod), Accredited Sports Dietitian in Clayfield, Brisbane. Founder of The Power Project, she helps adolescent athletes and young adults with eating disorder recovery and sports nutrition — book an appointment to start your journey.

Hello, I’m Zoe

I’m an Accredited Sports Dietitian, former elite rhythmic gymnast and founder of The Power Project. My mission is to help you fuel your passion in a way that supports performance, health, and happiness.

My sport career shaped how I understand nourishing both body and mind. I know the pressure athletes face to perform at their best and how that can sometimes lead to confusion, burnout, or a complicated relationship with food. That’s why my work is rooted in compassion, science, and respect for your unique journey.

With experience across many sports, I support athletes in gymnastics, dance, AFL, football, water polo, and swimming. I provide evidence-based nutrition to optimise performance, manage injury, and promote athlete health.

Coaching gymnastics also keeps me active in athlete development and reminds me to create a nurturing, positive, and empowering environment where confidence and skill grow.

Whether you’re looking to improve your performance, find balance with food, or simply feel good in your body, I’m here to support you. Let’s work together to fuel your passion, power your goals, and find a way of eating that fits your lifestyle.
